When you partner with Liberty Pure for water treatment solutions, your customized system is designed to address a variety of water quality concerns. A typical system includes the following components:

1. BB Sediment Filter Cartridge

• Removes sediment particles larger than 5 microns.

• Requires replacement every 3–6 months, depending on usage and water quality.

 

2. Water Softener

• Reduces excessive minerals and iron (Fe) in your water.

• Maintain salt levels above the waterline, checking every 2–3 months.

 

2A. Brine Tank

• Contains the solution to regenerate the softener.

• Keep salt levels above waterline (check every 2–3 months) and add hydro-matic conditioner as needed every 6 months.

 

3. Solutions Tank and Pump

• Injects chlorine for organic oxidation (eliminating odors).

• Maintain at least 1/3 solution in the tank, refreshing chlorine every 3–4 weeks.

 

4. Mixing Chamber (Accelerator)

• Ensures thorough oxidation by combining chlorine with water.

• Maintenance-free for extended periods.

 

5. Meter

• Provides accurate dosing and flow rate adjustments for optimal system performance.

• Built for long-term service without maintenance.

 

6. Carbon/KDF Media Filtration

• Removes chlorine, byproducts, and oxidized organics for better-tasting, odor-free water.

• Expect several years of service before media replacement is needed.

 

7. Filling Stations with Treated Water

• Refill solution tanks efficiently with treated water.

• Add ½–1 gallon of Clorox (or equivalent) monthly and refill the tank to the 30-gallon mark.

• Ensure the tank never runs out of solution to avoid re-priming.

 

8. Final Barrier Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System

• Provides high-purity water for drinking and cooking.

• Replace filters annually for consistent performance.
