Your Responsibilities:

As a Plumbing Today HVAC plumber, you’ll perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • ​Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties
  • Installing water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and piping systems
  • Conducting routine maintenance, including drain cleaning and sewer line inspections
  • Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

Are you an HVAC professional looking to grow your career with a reputable, customer-focused company? Plumbing Today HVAC is expanding our heating and cooling team and is looking for skilled HVAC technicians who take pride in their work and care about doing the job right.


What We're Looking For:

Ideal HVAC technician candidates will have:

  • Experience servicing, repairing, and installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • EPA certification and relevant HVAC trade school training (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
  • Professional, customer-focused communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Your Responsibilities

As a Plumbing Today HVAC technician, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Diagnosing performance issues with heating and cooling systems
  • Performing repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
  • Installing new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
  • Performing seasonal maintenance and tune-ups to keep systems running efficiently
  • Educating customers on system operation, maintenance options, and recommended upgrades
  • Documenting work performed and communicating clearly with the office and customers

Estimator Opportunities at Plumbing Today HVAC

Plumbing Today HVAC is also seeking detail-oriented estimators to support our growing plumbing and HVAC projects. If you’re experienced in reviewing plans, scopes of work, and creating accurate proposals, we’d love to hear from you.


What We're Looking For

Ideal estimator candidates will have:

  • Experience preparing estimates for plumbing and/or HVAC projects
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents
  • Strong math, analysis, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with estimating software or related tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with project managers, technicians, and customers

Your Responsibilities

As an estimator at Plumbing Today HVAC, you may be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope and requirements
  • Preparing detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for residential and light commercial work
  • Collaborating with the field team to ensure estimates reflect real-world conditions and best practices
  • Assisting with budgeting, project planning, and value-engineering options for customers
  • Communicating timelines, costs, and project details clearly with internal teams and customers
